Deli Magazine : Review

Deli Magazine article, December 2008

Trashed On Fiction’s songs worm their way to the brain and dwell there for days. The band producse comfortable rock with washes of country that recalls Wilco and The Replacements. Infused with a youthful vivacity, Trashed on Fiction writes songs that can accompany a raucous house party (“The Passing Perfect”) or to reflect with a quiet, ambling nightcap (“Killing Grounds”). The execution is so effortless; it can create a sense of jealousy of the band’s innate talent. – Nancy Chow
